Travel to and from Wembley Stadium events
Pre-book your car for concerts, finals and big games at Wembley. On event days we meet you at an agreed pick-up point away from the crowds and road closures.
How event days work
- Book ahead. Roads around the stadium close and demand is high, so we can't promise a car at short notice.
- An agreed pick-up point. For safety, we may ask you to meet your driver at a set point away from the stadium. Free waiting starts from the agreed time there.
- Keep your phone on after the event so your driver can reach you.
Event-day prices
Journeys that start or end in the Wembley area (HA9) from 3 hours before a stadium event starts until 4 hours after it ends are charged at 1.75 times the standard fare. This also applies to changes and waiting in that period.
The event-day price is always included in the price we confirm before you book; it is never added afterwards. Event-day bookings are paid by card in advance.
Cancellations are free more than 48 hours before pick-up; after that the full fare is charged.
Event day questions
How much does an event-day journey cost?
Journeys that start or end in HA9 from 3 hours before a stadium event until 4 hours after it ends cost 1.75 times the standard fare. For example, a journey that is normally £20 is £35.
Where will the driver meet me?
We agree a pick-up point with you when you book, away from road closures. Free waiting starts from the agreed time at that point.
Can I book on the night?
You can call us, but on event days we can't promise a car at short notice. Booking ahead is the best way to make sure you get home.
Does the event-day rate apply outside HA9?
No. It applies only to journeys that start or end in the Wembley area (HA9) during the event period. Other journeys are charged at the normal rate.
