School and SEN transport
Home-to-school and SEND transport for councils and schools in London. Enhanced DBS-checked drivers and passenger assistants, a named safeguarding lead, and records kept for every journey.

For councils and schools
We run council-contracted home-to-school and SEND routes, with a passenger assistant where a route needs one. We work to each council's own contract terms and reporting.
We also take one-off and short-term requests from schools and transport teams, such as cover for a route or a placement for a few weeks.
How we keep children safe
- Enhanced DBS checks for every driver and passenger assistant.
- Safeguarding and SEND awareness training for school transport staff.
- A named Designated Safeguarding Lead (our Director) and a named deputy.
- Named reserve drivers and assistants for every route, so children see familiar faces.
- Daily vehicle checks and journey logs, kept on file for each route.
- Regular quality checks: vehicle inspections every 10 weeks and a monthly quality audit.
If something goes wrong
- Breakdowns: our drivers have a breakdown and recovery arrangement, and our target for a replacement vehicle is 30 minutes.
- Cover at any hour: phones are answered 24/7 and we have a cover agreement for bookings.
- Clear reporting: contracted clients receive a monthly service report.
Vehicles
Saloons, MPVs and 8-seaters, most of them hybrid or electric. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request. Every vehicle is licensed by Transport for London for private hire.
Standard contract terms: client cancellations under 24 hours are charged at the day rate, and 24 to 48 hours at 50%. Waiting at school beyond 15 minutes is £25 an hour for a driver, or £40 an hour with a passenger assistant, unless the contract sets a different rate.
For parents and carers
If your child's transport is arranged by your council, the council's transport team manages the route and any changes to it. Please contact them first about changes to times or addresses.
On the day of travel, call us on 020 3369 3333 if your child is unwell, running late or not travelling. Someone answers at any hour.
Raising a concern
If you are worried about a child's safety on one of our journeys, call us and ask for the Designated Safeguarding Lead. You can also contact your council's transport team or the child's school.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.
